HOW TO BOOK

Online

You can book online through the Nelson Arts Festival website at www.nelsonartsfestival.co.nz. The NAF website offers easy online ticket purchasing, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In person or by phone

Our festival box office is hosted by Everyman Records. They are open Mon to Fri 9–5.30pm and Sat 9.30–4pm, so give them a call or drop by in person.

How To Pay

You can pay with cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card. 
If you want to pay by cheque, please add 25c to all cheques and mark them ‘Not Negotiable’ and payable to Everyman Records. Tickets ordered over the phone can be posted 
out for an additional fee of $4 for urban and $6 for 
rural delivery.

Exchanges & Refunds

Once you have purchased your tickets, we are not able to refund them except under the Fair Trading Act & Consumer Guarantees Act. Tickets are subject to availability and are non-transferable.

Ticket prices are shown on each page. Remember the Early Bird ticket price ends on 2 September.

Vouchers

There is an allocated number of voucher tickets to each show and these numbers are strictly limited.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Important Information

Ticket prices include GST. Each ticket booked will incur a $2 service fee and credit card fees apply. General Admission (‘GA’) events do not have allocated seating. The use of mobile telephones or other similar devices is not permitted during shows. The use of cameras or other recording devices is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to admit latecomers only at a suitable point in the performance.

Early Bird Discount

Be sure to get tickets to the shows you want to see, and make fantastic savings with the Early Bird discount of $4 per ticket. This offer is available for one month only, closing date 2 September or until Early Bird allocation has been sold.

Door Sales

Door sale allocations are available only 
for shows not already sold out. These tickets will be on sale at the venue 30 minutes prior 
to performance.

NMIT Student Stand-by

Last minute stand-by tickets, when available, can be purchased half an hour before the start of a show, for NMIT student ID cardholders only. $10 for any show and $5 for Reader and Writers’ events; just turn up at the door with your NMIT student ID card to purchase 
your ticket.

Special Offer for TSB Bank Clients

TSB Bank cardholders receive the Early Bird ticket price until 30 September when paying with your TSB Bank card in person 
at Everyman.

Disabled Access

Disabled access is available for all venues. For further information contact the festival office on 545 8734. If you require assistance to access a festival venue, please contact us in advance.

Page & Blackmore Readers and Writers Concession Card

A one-off payment of $60 gets you to all Readers and Writers sessions or admits a book club to one event. Conditions page 30. Cards can only be purchased at Everyman in person.
